For all orders and price inquiries, please specify the serial number of your machine.

You can request the technical documentation of your machine free of charge.

Orders placed before noon are processed and shipped by 3:00 PM (if parts are available).
In France: Shipment on day A - Delivery on day B or C.
In Europe: Shipment on day A - Delivery on day C or D depending on destination.

For the edge cutter, Additif Système offers the option of revision at its Foucherans (39 Jura, Franche-Comté) workshops, with a loan machine during the intervention.

After the warranty period, we recommend stocking up on essential spare parts.
