Mandrel for Multivac Jumbo
Easy and quick installation (10 minutes) on your Multivac Jumbo.

For Jumbo reels Ø 800 or 1000 mm with cardboard or plastic mandrel (3 or 6”). The reel is clamped by pinching the cardboard or plastic mandrel between a fixed ring and a movable ring. Both rings are slightly tapered to facilitate their placement on the reel.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Its weight (from 9 to 12 kg, depending on the web width).
  • Modularity: 3'' or 6'' by changing the rings.
  • Easy introduction and clamping of the mandrel on the reel (even if the cardboard mandrel is deformed).
  • Reel locking with a quarter-turn mechanism and tightening by moving the movable ring.
  • The reel is clamped between two stops (movable ring and fixed ring), preventing any movement of the reel on the mandrel and ensuring proper film grip.
  • No difficulty in removing the mandrel when the reel is finished.
